Local pick up

For your convenience, we offer a local pick up option. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. Pick up is only available upon appointment. Please text 0410 520 301 to make an appointment.

Operational hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM 
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Dispatch times

Upon verified payment being received, we will aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours. Most orders are via Australia Post trackable services, tracking information will be emailed to the customer once it is shipped. Small items will be sent in untrackable envelopes.

  • Please note that the above-mentioned dispatch time may not be achievable during extremely busy periods
  • Orders are not processed over the weekends and Australia public holidays

Shipping rates

Shipping rates vary based on the size and weight of the items ordered and will be calculated before checkout.

  • Orders within Australia and New Zealand, shipping rates start from AU$2.95, or FREE if customers choose to pick up the orders from our warehouse or spend more than AU$86
  • Orders outside of Australia and New Zealand, shipping rates start from AU$26, or FREE if customers spend more than AU$150

Custom orders and pre-orders

The lead time between orders receipt and dispatch for custom items and pre-orders is normally 3-4 weeks. It may vary due to uncontrollable factors.

Estimated shipping times

The below estimated timeframes are provided by the couriers we have hired. Please use them as a general guide:

  • Standard shipping within Australia:
    • Same state: 2-3 business days
    • Interstate: 2-6 business days
  • Express shipping within Australia:
    • Same state: 1-2 business days
    • Interstate: 1-3 business days
  • Standard international shipping: 6-15 business days

Wrong address

Customers must ensure that they provide the correct delivery information for their orders. We cannot change or re-direct an order to a new address once it has been fulfilled. If requested, we can ship the same order to the correct address, however, customers will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Customs charges

All orders shipped outside of Australia will be liable for customs charges at your local rate, these will be payable by customers upon receipt of the goods.
