Damaged & Defective items
For items that are damaged during shipping or arrive with defects, we offer a refund or replacement upon request. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a clear photograph depicting the issue when contacting us. Once we have verified that the items were damaged or faulty, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost or process a refund if requested.
Please note that items including decals, shift knobs, boot retainers, tow straps require professional installation. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for these items for improper installation or fitment issues. We highly recommend seeking professional advise to confirm fitment before purchasing and professional installation after purchasing.
Wrong items
If you received a wrong item that is different from your order, please contact us for a replacement at no extra cost. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase as well as a clear photograph depicting the issue when contacting us.
General return & Exchange
We have a 15-day general return and exchange policy. Please contact us, and we will provide you with a return address. Please note the following:
- Return and exchange postage fees are covered by customers
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened
- Request for a refund or exchange must be submitted to us within 15 days from the date of delivery
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to expedite the process
- Orders containing custom products or pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
General refund policy
If your order is taking longer than usual to arrive, or if you believe that the items are lost in transit, please contact us and we will perform a full investigation. Once we confirm that the items are lost and will not be delivered, a full refund will be issued.
Please note that all orders are subject to potential delay, and we are unable to issue a refund for items remain in transit.
How to initiate a return
Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, refund, or exchange request. We will provide further information on how to proceed. Items that are returned without following the proper process will be considered ineligible for a refund.
Once the request is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we are only able to send it back the same way it was received i.e. the original payment source used during checkout.
